HELP! PC

I've got the Bsod CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED after 3 days of using my new PC, I shut it down last night, now not booting, I can't restore nor boot into safe mode, I've followed instructions using the Windows disk, but they just keep the PC in an infinite loop, please help?

Did you build it yourself? You may have messed up some of the hardware. Otherwise, contact the manufacturer
