Help | Pex Symbols problem.

Hi MC-Market !

I'm using PermssionEx and ChatEx.

I put symbols to the prefix (permission file) : http://prntscr.com/dztibe
But in game, when I reload pex, the prefix in the permission file got fucked up and itslook like this in game : http://prntscr.com/dztig6

Ive tried to remove chatex, not working.
Im not using bungeecord.
Im not using a database.

Yes, the file is save UTF-8, not UTC-8 so how I save it in UTC-8 ? (I'm using Notepad++)

So if you save it as UTF-8 and you added it, it should work.. Maybe the plugin is causing that

Honestly I would recommend just using essentials chat or deluxechat and pasting in UTF-8 symbols into the format. It always works and is the most widely used method. (I'm a bit confused on if you are trying to add the characters in the permissionsEX file or the chat format itself) If you are trying to add the UTF-8 characters to the permissionsEX file then I would use this link to see which characters are compatible, as to my understanding only a few of the UTF-8 characters are compatible with the permissionsEX file. (I have no idea why haha)
