Help please! Small questions.

So I'm building a faction spawn to sell, and I haven't played factions in forever, what should I add other than,
- Crates
- exp farm
- Enchant area
- Shop (maybe)

This is what I have so far, just the basic layout.
I just need to know what else needs to be added to it since I haven't played facs in a while. Thanks !
