Your account gets limited till you pay it off,
if you don't pay it , then they sell the debt to debt collectors,
these will try and retrieve the money.
there are ways to stop them tho.

Let's go over a few stuff, if he paid with a debit card and calls his bank to issue a chargeback then he will probably win the case because all banks side with their customers. If he does open a chargeback on you then the best thing you can do it call that persons bank and talk with them there.

Second of all chances of paypal taking any action at all for such a low amount is absolutely absurd. I heard a story once where paypal sold a person out to a debt collection agency because of being $20 in negative balance but that sounds VERY unlikely of this ever happening especially if you live outside the US.

They will probably take no action at all, but you won't be able to use your account until you get it cleared up and they might even limit anyone else in your households paypal account.

I won't use anymore the paypal account if i go in negative, i already gave all the money to my alt account and i deleted my telephone number as well as my personal information.

Am i right doing this?
