Help refund paypal.

A user on-site scammed me recently (Idk whether I'm allowed to call him out before the scam report has been finalized, but its blatent)
He pulled the minecraft account he sold me back when it was still allowed to sell those.

I paid using paypal G&S and now hes claiming I got the product while i obviously didnt and have plenty of proof to prove it, is there anything I should put in the refund to prove he scammed me? I tried putting in a lot but I'm not certain how paypal will handle it. But seeing as I'm the buyer and paid with G&s it should be good, right?

provide as much info as you'd like, if he is lying then let him lie paypal will ask him for proof of delivering the goods

I meannnn I recently had a $130 CB that I lost as the seller because this guy lied that I used Facebook Marketplace to sell him in iPhone 6 and that I never delivered it. That was a blatant lie and I was on a phone call for six hours with four different customer service reps and a manager and I didn't get my money back despite countless screenshots and video evidence but y'know maybe PayPal won't fuck you.

This is easy. Just tell them you never received a tracking number if it's a physical item.

If it's a virtual item like a Minecraft account, or service, then that'll be a little harder to prove. Tell paypal you purchased an account and he revoked your access to the account. Otherwise, just burn his paypal account by telling him he sold you something that was against a companies terms of service and they'll terminate his account for acceptable use violation.
