Help regarding a bug with my server

This keeps happening with my sugar cane. No idea what plugin it is that is bugging. Willing to give a vouch to the person who can help out.

Look in the task bar. So I have 3 sugar cane, I place one down all of them disappear[DOUBLEPOST=1524689674][/DOUBLEPOST]
