Help. Server Will not /reload

I am trying to work on the server but /reload is not working.

Using Spigot 1.9.4

Don't reload. Just restart the server, it's much safer.

I never reload the server. I've had a world generation plugin cause issues and corrupted chunks because it didn't reload correctly.

Never /reload - it breaks stuff.

Your safest option of reload is to install a plugin called Plugman and reload plugins or enable/disable plugins in there.

Exactly, like everyone said, reloading breaks your server and plugins. A full restart is way safer.
