Help setting up nicknames for deluxechat

So, I use EzRanksPro, and Deluxe chat, and it won't let me setup nicknames, whenever I do set it up, it only works if I'm in OP. what do?

Make perms?

They've got the perms, and they can do it, but it just physically doesn't change the nickname

Hey I've had this problem too but I didn't use either of those plugins, if you're using LuckPerms, that's the fault. If not then add me on discord Lexxonist#3660
