Survival Server | Voluntary Roles
We’re expanding our staff team and looking for people who want to help build and stay for the long run.
ElyriaMC is a community-focused survival server currently preparing for launch. We previously tried to build too much too quickly and it didn’t land the way we wanted, so we’ve slowed things down and are focusing on doing survival properly.
Now we’re looking for the right people to help shape something sustainable from the ground up.

Positions Open Administrator Role:
enforce rules and handle escalated issues
support moderators and maintain standards
handle griefing, exploits, and disputes
help keep the server fair and stable
Ideal for someone who:
stays calm and fair
has admin/mod experience
communicates clearly
can make confident decisions
Manager Role:
help guide the direction of the server
advise on sustainable growth and player experience
support staff organisation and community culture
help us keep things simple and sustainable
Ideal for someone who:
has experience with Minecraft communities
understands long-term player retention
values thoughtful growth over feature overload
enjoys building something from the ground up
Important
These roles are voluntary.
We’re building ElyriaMC as a passion project and community space. While there is no payment, staff will have real input and the opportunity to shape the server from its earliest stage.
We’re looking for people who want to be part of something long-term, not just a short stop.
