Help: Sign Warps Don't Work In Permissions File

I'm using spigot for 1.8.8. Here's the pex config and the essentials config. Note while the pex config is messy, every other command works except for warp signs which do nothing at all when clicked by anyone other than an op.

You have to give the perm node essentials.signs.use.* and essentials.warps.(warp name) and make sure that they can use signs in WorldGuarded regions

Give all groups essentials.signs.use.* for them to be able to interact with all signs
