Help solving video quality. (Not Paying)

Hello, I am looking for someone to give me their opinion on why my video quality is bad and how to solve it. I clip things with NVIDIA Highlights, edit with Sony Vegas, and upload to YouTube. If you want to DM me on Discord my ID is Ramundo#7777.

Render videos in 1440p or higher, with 50mil average and 60 max bitrate and the quality will be 500% better
