[Help] Staff Manager Perms.

Hello, I am hiring a Manager for my server.

Someone to Run my staff team
Plugin Configuration
Xenforo Setup
Staff Recruitment
Ban Management


I need help making sure they get the right perms and not everything. Make sure they cant destroy my server if happen. What perms they should have on Buycraft, Pex and ETC.

/ban, /tempban, /warn (if you have it), /mute, /tempmute, all PEX perms that allows them to add and remove those of lower ranks, ability to unban. Buycraft is optional (STAFF management), but you should let them add and remove ranks to other players, since it's higher than admin. Access to roles on XF is recommended but not always necessary, depending on how much you trust them. If you want them to configure plugins without constantly coming to you, I'd say give console.

As the Manager, I've put forward these ideas with tweaks and more permissions for the role, as Manager is online when the owner is not.

I usually gave my staff manager /op with close watch for a while, access to xenforo acp (or whatever you use) and ability to look-up purchases and reissue them if there are any issues
