Help to fix my bungeecord server!

Hello so today i was setting up my bungeecord server and when I try to join it tells me to enable the Ip in config so I did and its not working, add me on if you can help, I can send u the files if need be. Thanks In Advanced

I use a number ip but its not a dedi ip.

having a dedi IP shouldnt matter as long as its the correct IP.
