[HELP] Upload Speed = Zero and I cannot send my work.

Hey there, recently, I've encountered an issue.
My upload speed is zero, and my download speed is approximately 23-25mbps.
The download speed is normal and the upload speed is disgraceful.

This has only been happening today, and I do not have a clue on how to fix it.

Things I've tried:
+ Contacting my ISP (Not available over weekends)
+ Releasing and Renewing my IP address.
+ Trying Wireless instead of Ethernet connections.
+ Restarting my router.

If anyone can provide any insight into why this is occuring, I would love to hear it.
It's definitely not a modem limitation, as the one BT provided is pretty up-to-date. (made in 2017)

Possibly not, but that's the result Speedtest.net gives, and it's very apparent that I cannot upload anything above text.

Discord, Imgur, Postimg - None of the main sites work, for images or other files. Even MCM uploads don't seem to work for me.
