We're currently unable to reproduce a previously reported bug where business accounts with premium meeting the requirements of 1 registered day and with 1 message are unable to access the following page: Change Username

If you have a premium ranked business account, it has been registered for at least one day, and has at least one message, but you are unable to access this page, please respond letting us know, so that we can locate the source of the issue and resolve it.

If we are unable to find anyone who satisfies these criteria, the only remaining determination is that the bug does not exist.

Thank you for your help.

Ask the people who have this issue to record their screen on mc-market's home page, then go to the username page to see. Why should you guys determine it's not an issue simply because of this?
This thread was made to find those people who have this issue.
Searching back through the bug reports on this, the only people we've found to have reported it as a bug are people whose business accounts were either not registered for a day or did not have 1 post. Thus leading us to believe that it's a false bug report.

If we're unable to locate anyone who has the issue of not being able to access the page while meeting the criteria, then there is no other conclusion other than it's a false bug report.

Does this affect supreme business accounts?
If the bug exists, then it would most likely apply to supreme as well.
However, we're currently unable to find anyone that the bug exists on, hence this thread.

Another thing, why can't this be tested with a staff member and just give them Premium to test this out then remove the Premium? Seems like that would be a lot faster and most likely easier to do it this way.
Jayson has already attempted it given all known parameters and was unable to reproduce the bug.
Thus leading us to believe that the bug does not exist.

This thread is a last effort to find anyone who the bug actually exists for.
