Help! Virus Blocking all the anti virus

So this happen all the time the virus already take all over my pc with i started installing all the anti virus any of anti virus you think is wont work, Im really stupid because i didnt install anti virus with i first got the pc
Please help me
I can reboot my pc but theres a lot of important file

Go on a second PC, install an anti virus on a usb, run the antivirus from the usb. - I heard this works, never had to do it.

Secondly, a completely fresh reset.

BOOT into safe mode and try to remove the virus or the software that's infected, you may also run an anti-virus scan in your safe mode using malwarebytes or restore to your old restore point.

If somebody ratted your pc and can see what you are doing get the notepad and say "fuck you" on it then allahu akbar and factory reset.
