Help w/ outro

I am in need of a motion designer who can help me with an outro.
My balance is at $1.32 right now so would anyone be willing to help me out for that price?

Specifically, I need the outro to move around. If possible, move to the beat of the song. I already have the outro picture done, just need it to move.
