Hey so a while back I got my headset and so far the audio is more than I could've asked for. Pretty good comfort and audio but the microphone is just not working. I plugged it into my phone and the ps4 and it works perfectly but when I plug it into my laptop its not working at all. I go into sounds manager and into the recording tab and nothing comes up at all. My laptop doesn't require both adapters but I'm just wondering if anyone else has this issue because I can't find any fixes online. It works on my desktop but it uses the double connector.
