(Help) Want to create a Paypal account.

I want to create a PayPal account and be able to accept payments, but I don't have a bank account so it won't let me store my money somewhere and if I try to store it in PayPal temporarily it asks for ssn and I'm under the age of 18. Also, if I try to click do this later it won't accept the payment can anyone help me. I have tried to find a vpn to be in Greece because people said it would work but I can't find a free vpn for it. (I tried Windscribe if anyone says)

I am under the age of 18, while I own and maintain a paypal account, you just need to give them your SSN, Debit Card, and Bank Account, and then your account will be verified and they really will not care.

Don’t have debit or bank parents won’t allow me yet

My parents didn’t care when I was your age when I hooked up the PayPal to their bank and name.
It got locked once and all I did was send my moms license / bill in and that was the end.

If you keep the money the account you should be fine honestly.
All they do is request for the ID and proof of residence / name.
So if you just snag them at some point and save a copy on your phone or PC, you should be good.

This has to be technically illegal so don’t blame me if you get in trouble.

If they find out your under the age of 18 and are managing the account not your parents or someone 18+, your debit and credit card will be blocked from using it for life. (PayPal would block you)
