I am so confused when I see so many things listed for hosting if someone can help me out on deceiding on a host aswell as amount of gbs this would be helpful!

Server Info:
Player base 1-15
Plugins: 35
World 2.5k by 2.5k Factions based Gamemode.
Gbs idk!!!

Hey Atomic,

I would recommend either https://zippyhost.net (Budget) with about 2-3GB, I'm testing by running a factions server on 1GB and it runs well so far with around 20 plugins, they use i7-6700K ($1.50 for 2GB & $3.00 for 4GB). Or you could try NoLag.Host, 80c per GB, they're recently upgrading to i7-5820K and both Zippyhost & NoLag are hosted in the EU, although NoLag has US Locations aswell.

Well the location kind of would matter for your players, if you're going to have EU Players if you expect to have get a EU host(ZippyHost/NoLag), if you're going to have US Players, get a US Host(NoLag)

Just want to point out that some people I know have had some issues with NoLag.

Shared host - Basically like a site Server.pro (Not just server.pro)
VPS host - A virtual machine on top of powerful (hopefully) hardware that you have SSH and SFTP access to
Dedi host - The actual hardware that you have SSH and SFTP access to

Hetzner doesn't have 6700k i7s.

They only have their EX series with i7-6700 CPUs, there is a slight difference between these two models as the 6700k one has a higher GHz rate (4 GHz) when in comparison, the i7 6700 one has only 3.4GHz. That is a huge difference as the 6700k model will most-likely work and survive longer than the 6700 one.
