HELP! What plugin causes this need to fix.

I keep getting smily faces before the prefix and i dont know what plugin causes it. i disabled the essentials chat plugin and permissions and its still there so its no them. any idea what plugin causes it?

Wrong color codes mate. Try using \u00A7 instead of §

What do you mean wrong colour codes? it happens on all the ranks. i disable essentials chat and also permissions ex btw and its still there.

You're wrong. You see that the faces are coloured and if he is using & then it's working perfectly fine.

Think i found it something to do with factions plugin prefix or something

I have had the smiley bug in my motd too. For some reason. Sometimes it doesn't recognise the color codes using § When i used the official color codes it was working fine

I have another problem when any rank that is not opped does a command it says "Hey! you dont have permission!"
