How can I chargeback when I paid friends and family? Should I claim it was an unauthorized transaction?

I'll just tell everyone this since you have not provided the whole story wich is unfair, this deal was made outside mc-market so you can't open up a scam report.

Almost all deals are made on Skype. And I found you selling these kinds of accounts on here when you replied to my thread.

Second you could easily act like it was taken back that i have no idea about you're telling the truth, i find this unfair. Get better proof then saying 'the name was changed'.

If you know the security questions, you can change the email by answering them and entering a new email, then go on to change your password, add new security questions, and change to your desired username in a month.

As I said, I don't want you banned. As Anthony R or tjrgg can confirm, scam reports are used to solve disputes peacefully. The only type of person that gets banned is the "scam, block, and run".

I told the story as I saw it. When you wanted to add the details "he didn't provide good proof" and "this deal was done outside MCM", I did. I am working on getting proof, and, almost all deals on here are done via Skype.

I have not read the replies to this thread, only the original post.

When you purchase second hand goods, under the law, you accept your rights are a little different than buying brand new goods.

This is just to highlights buying second hand goods and brand new goods is different. When you buy an account, you accept there is a risk to it. You accepted the risk of the account getting taken back, and while we cannot prove, and you are not even suggesting the person you bought it for took it back.

Unfortunately, unless the person you bought it from took it back, there is nothing MC-Market can do.

OK, but can't it be said that he sold me a defective item? Like the TID was supposed to be deleted so that no one else can access the account. Obviously someone still had it.

Proof of the take back? It's in the brainz of one of the employees.

As soon as they come to work on Monday, they would respond to my email and then you'll have proof

I don't think he took it back. The name was changed, and when you do that you reduce the value of the account especially for the next 30 days.

Then again, maybe Gucci did that do make it look like he didn't do it.
