HELP WHY DOES THIS ALWAYS HAPPEN

Look this always seems to happen with my drawing these little whitelines in between the color and line drive me crazy!! https://i.imgsafe.org/a035f946bd.png
I use a Wacom Cintiq
and Photoshop

If I I don't use photoshop what should I use? I kinda am starting to dislike photoshop when drawing.

As always I highly recommend clip studio paint/manga studio 5 especially if you're new at digital drawing

Yup gonna have to agree with that one. I use it myself and its all I'll ever need.
