Help with a Discord Bot

Hello,

I am looking for someone to help me just fix an issue that seems to be happening. I am not quite sure why this error is happening i've download all the correct files but it still seems to not be working.

I feel like my pc isn't downloading the correct files.

I am using discord.js.
