Help with a new project

I am making a new site relatable to Roblox and I am looking for a few things.

- A developer that can make something like ROBLOX's client for everyone to play on.
- PHP Developer

I don't have anything to pay with right now but I know that with the sales from my shop right now, and people will be of interest to this new game. I will pay when I have the money I can promise.

Why exactly would a developer need to partner with you if they don't get paid upfront and you said you will pay them back when the game succeeds. What if the game doesn't succeed? Will the developer not get paid?
