Help with a plugin

I made a plugin, and when I exported it and put it into my server it doesn't seem to work. There are no errors in the code, can anyone help me out?

Did you make a plugin.yml file?
Does it contain the necessary stuff like the name, main class and the version? The class location is case sensitive.
