help with account

[FOE]

so around last year I had this cape account, gave it to a friend then he gave it back to me (switching email to email) on the account.
Anyways, I tried to reset the password (cause I forgot it) and I no longer receive any emails regarding resetting the password. It's the OG email of the account and I didn't get an email of the account changing.
Tried contacting mojang but they're so backed up that I won't get a reply in months.
help if you can

Click the dispute link on the email when it says the email had been changed to your friends accounts email

I tried but since it was so long ago, the link no longer works and redirects me to mojang
