Help with advertising!

Hey guys! I created a server a while ago and was hoping that once i started advertising i would start getting a slow amount of players on the server. Unfortunately im getting almost NO players and im starting to get a little annoyed. My server is factions and i know that it is very common. So im here to ask you guys for help with advertising and also if there is anything unique i should add on my server.

I have not put any more than $100 into the server but im willing to pay more if it means it will get up and going

I am by no means an expert in advertising but buying slots / paying for youtube's seems to be effective!

Yes, i have looked into it but nobody wants to play on a server with almost a 0 playerbase! I really need help. Advertising on mc server websites dont seem to be working

I can make you GFX if you want? (Logos, advertisements, banners, etc) €2 is very cheap considering many offer for 20-30$ but I do this as a hobby so yeh, idc. See red text below for link to previous work (also made logos for Esports teams but they aren't on the Deviant page)
