I highly doubt you'd find anyone competent doing it for $1, since it'd require a lot of code being changed (not just the login), as they'd have to make it convert their password into md5 before bcrypting it (if you don't want to force your users to change their password).

Sounds like too much of a hassle for $1.

I mean, there is some refactoring involved if you want to switch to bcrypt - a dollar won't cut it.

I don't want user passwords to be transferred into hash from md5. I have 0 users right now, I want it to be transferred now before I publish it to the public and get users! But you seems to be a fair developer

In your initial post you implied that you already had a database with users passwords as md5 in it.

There's no way to determine how much it'll cost unless you explain more about how it's set up

Already have a sign up page completed! With login page
But password is md5 not hash

I'm trying to get a developer who can just put hash password function on the sign up page and login, fully working! No need to transfer users passwords or anything. Just make sign up, login works correctly

I used google and got sign up page done, but i did login page. I seem to be doing something wrong as its not working to log in properly!

So I need someone who experienced can do it for me
