I know one way to change my business account name from something to something, that is buying it Premium, but is there any other way without spending money? (if a staff member could change it for me )

Nope. I opened a request before they told me the only way is to buy premium and change the name.

I'm quite sure that you have to open a support request after buying Premium as most businesses do not change their name.
