Help with Bungee

Hey guys, I have a full Bungee setup, I just need a bit of assistance on spawning, I have it set so when a player joins they always get sent to the lobby server, but I want them to be sent to the spawnpoint in the lobby server everytime they join. Is there a setting to this this or do I have to get a plugin? If so, which plugin would you recommend.

/setspawn command i believe sets spawn in the world you are in on the point you are standing... but been a while since used bungee setup so idk
