I personally would recommend you start of by doing everything through in chat commands so that you wont need to deal with the crazy config file but this will take forever.

Thank you very much as I can tell you put a lot of effort into helping me but I’m actually very experienced in both plugins, it’s just making them run globally through my bungee server.
I’ve come to the decision that I’m going to wait on making a server though as it’s somethiingg that should be done in time.
