Help with BungeeCord (io.netty.channel.ConnectTimeoutException)

Hey there when I try to connect to my BungeeCord I get io.netty.channel.ConnectTimeoutException

I'm using Pterodactyl Panel and I have checked that all my configuration and IPs are correct

I am using the latest waterfall

I got this error and simply installing a different one fixed it for me i think its a problem with the one you are using

I dont think so because ive also gotten this error in my spigot before and it turned out the spigot file was just broken somehow. Hopefully you find out!
