Help with BungeeCord!

I have recently purchased a VPS and setup a BungeeCord network of servers. I know about the issue of if i do /seen MrBreeze that the ip is the server direct ip! How can i fix it so it shows the players ip?

Is not possible with just Essentials, because it's a connection coming from your server

It is possible... if its not possible then i cannot ip ban anyone on the network otherwise everyone is banned.
