Help with buycraft

I added the commands to setup ranks and its not setting ranks when people donate.

I am using groupmanager

The command that I put into buycraft is: manuadd {name} Donator

I would love if someone could help for free

Did you setup the buycraft plugin on your server?

Yes I did
and I have it so it broadcasts "{player} has bought Donator rank!" and stuff
and that works

First of all, Why are you using GroupManager? If you are trying to sell stuff on buycraft the best bet, in my opinion, is PermissionsEX, then again that is just my bias opinion.

I'm assuming you have set-up your package correctly. If you haven't I suggest you read this.

Lastly, the only possible thing I could think of is.

1. You setting the variables incorrectly.
2. You using the wrong commands.
3. You using the wrong permissions.
4. You creating the group incorrectly.
