Help with buycraft

Hey Everyone! I'm coming to mcm for some help. I have two issues. I somehow got banned from my own webstore without even doing anything. I have whitelisted my self on the webstore but how can I remove the ban? I cannot find where. And I cannot buy anything from my webstore. Could you help?

2.) If your account has been known for excessive chargebacks, you (may) be banned. Unlikely though.

I fixed this.

1.) You cannot use the same PayPal email to pay yourself/buy things.

I logged out of Paypal & I used the pay with card thing.
