hey

i have an extra additional 15% added when people purchase something on my server since i pay taxes. People have recently found a method by saying you live in a nother country than u actual live in. what can i do about this?

You can't really avoid this without applying the same tax rates to all countries to my knowledge. I personally would also get rid of tax charges as it sometimes deters the customer away!

Actually, it isn't.

Second, it won't matter the country. You pay via Paypal, and Paypal will use the information stored on your card to process the payment. Everything will be paid in full. A VPN or a Proxy will not stop that fact.

Make sure to apply the same tax rate to all other countries so that they can't use that work around!
