Hello there. I was recently scammed $40 USD by a user named Roar. He's currently banned from the site because he's apparently scammed another user. Good thing I've sent the payment through Goods/Services. I've already made a claim to get my money back and I've provided a full story of what happened. Do you think I would have a winning chance? Have any tips for me? Here's our conversation we've had through the dispute so far.

Basically what happened was I gave this person a loan. I've met him over a forums site called MCM. He's username there is Roar. I've paid him through goods and services because this is technically a business transaction and because I believe that I'm protected under scams. Late yesterday when I made the claim I found out that he's scammed another user of a loan. This resulted in the ban of his forums account. The forums link is http://www.mc-market.org/. The scam report on this user at the forums page can be found at http://www.mc-market.org/threads/78533/ and if you click on the link that leads to his profile it states that his account is currently unavailable (banned). If you scroll down to the last message left by KingNish (Me) you can see the Skype conversation me and this user had for the deal. If you'd like screenshot proof of the Skype conversation I can provide it.
