help with cinematic trailers

So i got a new pc recently, and i want to try making a server trailer.

I'm really wondering how do i achieve this kind of look?

because everytime i try to make a server trailer, it usually sometimes too bright, or in general doesnt look the same like those server trailers which looks normal, dark, you get the point.

do i need to use some kind of color grading/cc to achieve this look?

If you mean the flickering, it’s S_Flicker from the Sapphire plugins.

How do you guys get it so smooth? You down-scale the FPS or something? If I record with OBS and render in sony it doesn't come out this smooth.

record with 240 fps on obs and render as 30 fps on sony vegas is the render i think would work
