Help With Citizens

I am having a couple of issues with the plugin
known as Citizens. I'm using the 1.8 free version not the premium version
as it does not offer 1.8 support:(

Anyway i have the plugin on my server and it looks like it completely works
and the npcs spawn and stuff but they usually don't have skins and the second you reload the plugin at all or restart the server the npcs remove and its like they were never there.

I have never seen this issue before.

Can anyone help? if someone can help me ill gladly drop them a couple of bucks!​

Make sure your citizens save in the saves.yml file before you restart your server.

If in your citizens folder you don't have a saves.yml create one reload the plugin and try again.

Hey, i have checked and i have a saves.yml but the npcs are not saving in there for some weird reason
