Help with confirguration of plugins on new TownyServer!

I'm new to owning a Minecraft server and was seeing if someone can help me with some plugin help for a Towny server. Very small and basic but would like any advice to help the server get started right.

well looking for as much help as possible but I understand nothing is free so I'm willing to pay for the help...I'm thinking the setup would take less then an hr to set up the server since its all there I'm just not getting it on my own. would like to have the server up and running with the website. let me know what the price would be for this and we could try to agree on something.
