Help with Crash Exploit

Hello!

I'm currently having problems with some retarded 10 years old kids and they are abusing exploit on my server when they place/break item. This is special version and it was released on forums such as LF etc...

I'm wondering does anyone know how to fix this problem? I'm using spigot1649(1.7.10 protocol) and tried using older and newer versions but still exploit works.

First thing , I'm not double posting exactly I posted same thread but in different forum...
And banning wont help , they have alts and crash it easily and I dont know which name is crashing server , with 100 players on server you cant know who is crashing...

Get a CPS tracker plugin, they will spike around 2k-20k cps and will be easy to find before they can crash the server.
