Help With Crazy Crates

Could someone please help me because when I want to open the crazy crates help command /cc or /cc help it comes up with this in the chat

. This pops up and I don't know how to fix it. The thing is when I do /crates it opens the available crates to use but I can't open any because I have no access to give keys or anything because that in the chat pops up.

Can I just say something? Spamming the same message on every single thread isn't appealing to clients, just post a thread instead of copying and pasting the same message 5+ times.
