Help with current budget! (Included pay / Advertising manager)

Hello everyone,

Im currently looking to populate my server to get a stable player base of about 20-30 players. I have set a budget at $300 USD, and have up to $2k+ USD stored for later use (will discuss this later in thread). Though I would like to test the waters with my $300 USD and would like to see a return of this amount, and possibly some profit. The network is fully unique and has been in development for about three years, we offer two gamemodes. NOTE: Both gamemodes are dependent on having some players active, but it makes the game so much fun to play. With the current advertising (free postings) we've achieved about 94 in our discord and is very active.

What would be the best way to go about advertising? Slots or youtubers, or something else?

$2k+ USD: This money is stored as a means of full commitment, after using my $300 USD if I've seen a pretty good return I want to use this money to seal the deal pretty much.

Any help would be very much appreciated, and if you're an expert in this area and can allocate the money correctly I would be willing to pay for your expertise!
