Help with domain issue.

Hello, well it seems like I’m baffled as to what my problem is. I recently got a new domain and hooked it up to my server. Bare in mind I have multiple domains already on this server and all setup the same way with no problems. So the domain is working sometimes and sometimes it’s not. I check on “whohoststhis” and it said it wasn’t registered yet. Also cloud flare couldn’t get the registrar information. I contacted namecheap but they insist there’s no problem on their end. I’m sure it’s not on my end aswell I’ve checked all my dns settings is correct and even reset the account backup twice. I appreciate your help.

Have you changed the name servers on your registrar to Cloudflare's name servers?

No, Cloudflare won’t even find the registrar or dns records already created. It’s as if the domain doesn’t exist yet...

Do a simple dnslookup of your domain to find what values are being outputted. Then, also go onto whois.domainstools.com and check up on your domain. If it isn't registered contact the registrar showing them your proof of it not working.
