Help with EssentialsChat + Factions

Hello, so I have setup everything but the factions name before the prefix in essentials chat, I've tried everything but it won't work. Please add callum.[Censored] on skype to help me.

Pretty sure you just need to put a placeholder in front of {display-name} in the essentialschat format. I don't know the placeholder, but I do know that is what you need to do.
