Help with gaining traction to server

I've recently started a creative world Minecraft server. I don't really know how to get traction to it, or get members on to Discord either. I want somebody who will stick long-term and help my server grow to its full potential. If anybody is willing to help me out, that'd be wonderful.

Some general tips:
- Buy ads on voting sites
- Buy ads here, on MCM
- Join a lot of ‘free advertising’ Discord servers and advertise there
- Do a giveaway — this will most likely attract lots of people

Most importantly, try to be unique. Come up with a unique concept with a creative world server!
