You can either make a new account on your website & then super admin it

Or

You can use phpmyadmin and run a query to change the password of the account

I am not very good with website development. The only super admin account that i have is stolen. Also, the website developer did not know very much about what he was doing so he didn't even know how to setup an email system to confirm accounts. Its a guy from here so i am not gonna go into further detail on here.
Please PM me or add me on skype.

You can change the super admin access in the config files somewhere I think.

If you have root access to the machine then just remove the root admin from him via the database, rather that be Xenforo or any other software for forums.
