help with giving claim blocks with a rank up

i need to give my players 1000 claim blocks when they rank up in game, I'm using grief protection, essentials pex, etc.....can anyone help to tell me where i put the command and what it would be... grief prevention has a command to
/acb player amount
how do i make that activate when a player ranks up

I'm using grief prevention that is the name of the plugin, i have PEx for perms and i have essentials for ranks. i made the ranks and with each rank upgrade I;d like the player to get an additional 1000 claim blocks so if they rank up to peasant they get 1000 claim blocks, then they rank up to duke, they get another 1000 (total of 2000 )
Greif prevention is the plugin that gives the claim blocks but i just done know how to put a command in the permissions i am using just the 3 plugins listed should i add a ranks plugin?
