Help with groupmanager/player files.

Hi.

So I recently opened up a lobby server (kitpvp to prison, factions and such.)

Though, I can't give myself any ranks on prison, or well, I can, but the prefix doesn't change. I spoke to the person who is hosting my server and he said that it had something to do with some different UUID's from an online server and offline server. It works perfectly fine with new players, but not players who has been on there before the server got set to offline mode (before i made a hub).

I'm in big need of this to get fixed. I am able to pay, but obviously would appreciate it if it was free.

Forgot to say that the prefix and such worked BEFORE i put my server into offline mode / made it a hub server.

I can't manuadd other people to has been on the server before i made a hub server. Maybe I should switch to pex?

Offline UUID's is the issue.
Online UUID is your UUID on your site.
When you go with bungeecord, your using offline UUID which is an sisue
You need to make sure in spigot.yml your bungeecord: true is enabled to use online UUIDs
